Partner Program Terms

Last updated: August 26, 2026

These terms govern participation in the Clothset partner pilot program. By joining the program, your brand agrees to the terms below. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Compensation

  • Compensation is performance-only: partners pay Clothset 15% of completed sales that Clothset refers. There are no upfront costs, listing fees, or monthly fees.
  • Referred sales are attributed through partner-specific codes and links. A sale counts as referred when a shopper reaches your store through your partner code or link and completes the purchase with you.
  • Purchases complete on your site, under your prices and policies. Clothsetnever handles the shopper's payment.

2. Equal-Treatment Placement

  • Partner garments rotate through demo and try-on slots deterministically per user. Every partner is treated equally in that rotation.
  • There is no pay-for-placement. No partner can buy a better position in the rotation.
  • If Clothset ever introduces paid placement in the future, it will be clearly labeled as such and will remain separate from the equal-treatment rotation.

3. Term & Cancellation

  • The program is a 90-day pilot, starting when your first garment goes live on Clothset.
  • Either party may cancel at any time, for any reason, with immediate effect. On cancellation, we remove your garments from the platform.
  • The program is non-exclusive. You may work with any other platform, and Clothset may work with any other brand.

4. Garment Imagery License

Partners grant Clothset a non-exclusive license to use submitted garment imagery for try-on rendering and demo display on the platform. You retain full ownership of your brand, products, and imagery. The license ends when you leave the program, except for renders users have already generated in their own closets.

5. AI Visualizations

Try-on renders of partner garments are AI visualizations, not photographs, and are labeled as such per our AI-Generated Imagery Disclosure. Renders approximate how a garment might look on a shopper and may not accurately represent fit, color, or texture.
